They charged my card twice, didn't want to refund it, finally called the GM, he didn't want to refund it, we showed them our online statement that it was charged twice so he finally agreed to refund one charge but not before calling the Police! I am in shock and can't believe they wouldn't just give me my money back and offer decent customer service. Their machine had an error. But it as handled so poorly.December 27, 2016
